Details will be available on the Triad's four television stations: WFMY-TV (News
2), WGHP-TV (FOX 8), WXII-TV (News Channel
12), News 14
Carolina and WXLV-TV (ABC 45). Area
radio stations, including WFDD-FM and WUNC-FM, also will be contacted, but the
primary information outlets will be the campus telephone extensions and the
television stations.
Adverse Weather Line
Students, faculty and staff can receive details by dialing the
Adverse Weather Line at (336) 334-4400, or the
UNCG switchboard (336-334-5000) or the UNCG Police (336-334-5963).
Adverse Weather Policy
Faculty, staff and students are encouraged to visit the Human Resource
Services web page to familiarize themselves with the adverse weather leave
policy and the adverse weather conditions table.
